What I learn outside of school

December5

I learn outside of school all the time. I learn how to finish a game, I learn how to work a computer, and so much more! How I learn to finish a game is because I’am really familiar with the game and I know what happens in the game. How I know how to work a computer is because I go on the computer most of the time and what is happening if the computer breaks. I also know how to decorate a Christmas tree because I know a lot about decorating. So, everyone does learn something outside of school because everyone is familiar with something.

I hope you enjoyed this.

Hurricane Sandy

November8

Hurricane Sandy was the largest Atlantic hurricane on record. Caused 3 deaths. Over half the state was without power for weeks. What I find interesting about Hurricane Sandy is that she was so powerful that she stopped power from running. Can you believe that? Un-believeable! One of the deaths is that a sign fell down and hit a women. Another death involves a man being trapped in his house after a tree fell down on the house.

I hope you liked my post about Hurricane Sandy.

Where the grade 5’s should go on a field trip

October27

The grade 5’s should go to Marine Land for a field trip,  so as soon as they get there, the dolphin show is right beside the entrance, so the grade 5’s will be eager to get through the entrance doors. When they get inside, the grade 5’s will watch the dolphin show. After the show, the grade 5’s will go on rides: like sky-screamer, dragons-mountain and so much more!

After the rides, the grade 5’s will eat ice-cream, and hot dogs!

And that’s why I think grade 5’s should go to Marine-Land as a trip.

My book review

October20

My first favourite book was a Poison Apple book called “The Dead End”. It was written by Mimi McCoy. It’s about a girl who goes to a house and finds out it’s haunted. On the next day or so her house is on fire and the ghost girl helps her escape. The most scariest part is when a vase explodes and cuts her hand and that’s why I like “The dead end”.

Halloween

October17

Do you like Halloween? I do! Everyday, when I wake up I’m so excited. Then I grab my costume and head to school. When I get there, I see my friends dressed up in costumes too. As soon as I get home from school, I’m jumping around like crazy because I’m so excited! As soon as the sun sets and people start going trick or treating, I go too. Some times I get so much candy that when I get home and pour the candy out, it forms a giant mountain of candy on my table! Then I eat, eat, eat the candy. And that’s why I love Halloween!
